Upcomming posts

I have a photoshoot comming up this weekend!!! YAY! One of my friends is trying to work on her fashion photography skillz so she's going to shoot some pictures of me in some stuff I made. My sister is doing the shoot with me so I'm oober excited about that. :) I'll post those pictures up as soon as I have them. I'll also post her website so y'all can see how amazingly talented she is!!!

I've ordered another pair of circle lenses and they should be arriving next week so i'll post a review on those when I get them.

I also would like to post a craft tutorial soon. I think it's going to be one on how to decorate a whiteboard....HIME GYARU style!!! :) I want to post a hime gyaru makeup tutorial for African-American skin and a "Barbie" make up look as well.

I'm going to try to make a new post at least once a week from now on so stay tuned :)

Candy Lens review

I recently recieved some lenses from candylens.com and I have to say I really like this site. Right now Candy Lens is having a promotion where each pair of lenses ordered comes with a FREE cute animal case. With each order Candy Lens also sends a "Thank You" card which makes me feel like they truely care about their customers.

The first pair of lenses I bought were the Colorview Fusion Hazel/Yellow. When I was looking at the picture on the website I thought these lenses would be really bright but when I put them on they were surprisingly subtle. With these lenses I got a pink bear case.

Here's a picture of my natural eyes.

Here's a picture of my natural eye (left) and my eye with the lens (right)

Here's a picture with both of the lenses in.

Comfort: 8/10 I have had some discomfort from these lenses but it's not all the time.
Color: 10/10 I love that they're so subtle.
Enlargement: 0/10 I don't really think they're enlarging at all

Overall: 9/10 The only problem I have with these lenses are comfort but other than that I really like them.

The second piar of lenses I ordered from this site are the Hana SPC Barbie Brown Lenses. I just received these lenses today. I got them because I wanted some lenses that didn't look like I was wearing anything at all. These are PERFECT for that! I got a blue fish to go with these (I had to put hearts on them so i could tell them apart from my other blue fishy case :P) These lenses also came in a cute gift box which I will probably use for jewlery now :)

Here are the little vials that the lenses come in.
Here's a picture of my natural eye and my eye with the lens in.

Here is a picture of both of the lenses in.

Comfort: 10/10 These lenses are super comfortable
Color: 10/10 I love the color. They look super natural.
Enlargement: 10/10 These lenses are HUGE!!! They make me look super dolly :)
Overall: 10/10 These lenses are awesome! They're exactly what I ordered.

Tokio Shine Review

So Recently I purchased some Geo CK-107 circle lenses from Tokio Shine. I thought that black lenses would look weird on me at first but these lenses are really cool! Tokio Shine just opened in February and I love their service. The shipping from Tokio Shine was extremely fast because they're based in California. They got here in about a week. All lenses also come with a free hello kitty case. They are currently having a promotion where you can buy 5 pairs of lenses and you get the 6th one free. Shipping is $3.50 and all lenses are extremely affordable ($19.99-$29.99).

Here are the actual lenses
Here's a picture of my eye with the lens (left) and my natural eye (right). These lenses are SUPER enlarging.

Here's a picture of the lenses without the flash with me sitting next to a window

Here's a picture of the lenses with a flash
Comfort: 10/10 I haven't had any problems with the lenses comfort wise. They're really comfortable.
Enlargement: 10/10 They are really enlarging. They make the ey really doll like. I'm still trying to get used to them.
Color: 10/10 These lenses are very true to color. They make my eye really dark with a hint of my natural brown in the middle.
Overall: 10/10 I really like these lenses. The color isn't weird because my natural eye color is so dark. The enlargement is a little unnatural but they still look ok.

Pinky Paradise Review

Recently I bought a pair of lenses from Pinky Paradise. I ordered the MX21 brown lenses after reading about them on frmheadtotoe.com I love these lenses. They're some of the most natural lenses I have. They are a hazel/yellow color. They're also very comfortable. Pinky Paradise lenses take a while to ship because they come from Malaysia but it's worth it. The lenses also came with a free animal case. I got a blue fish :) Check out http://www.pinkyparadise.com/

SPRING BREAK!!! :)

So I'm on spring break! I'm super excited about that but I definitely forgot to bring all of my lenses so I could work on some tutorials. I did, however, bring my pink lenses because I had a show the other day. So I'm going to do the blue and pink look that I had for the show and I'll post the outfit that went with it. Stay tuned! :)

NEW CIRCLE LENS WEBSITES!!!

I've found 2 new circle lens websites for y'all to check out.

The first is http://www.tokioshine.com/. This website is really nice. They just opened at the beginning of February and have a nice selection of lenses to choose from. The sell lenses from: Geo, DizonEyes, EOS, DollyEye, Dueba, and G&G. They are having a promotion right now also. If you buy 5 pairs of lenses you get the 6th one FREE! All lenses you buy also come with a cute Hello Kitty case.

The second site is http://www.candylens.com/. This website has a very wide selection to choose from. They sell ColorVUE, Geo Medical, and Hana SPC (Hyper Size). Currently they are having a promotion where if you buy a pair of lenses you get a FREE cute little animal case.

I plan on ordering from both sites very soon! Check both sites out if you are looking for a way to spice up your look and stay tuned for a make up tutorial for Maybelline Eye Studio pallet in Give Me Gold.

Honey Color Review

Recently I bought some Beaucon Jewl Pink circle lenses from honeycolor.com. I was soooo excited to find some pink lenses! As far as I know they are the only site to sell pink circle lenses. With the lenses I received a free case. The lenses came packaged in a lot of bubble wrap so they were SUPER secure.

When I first tried them on I thought they were a little freaky but after I got used to the color I started liking them. They're really comfortable. I couldn't feel them all day. The color looks more like a very light brown on me because I have dark brown eyes. Overall I really like the lenses. They were shipping from Malaysia so it took 2-3 weeks. The only problem I had was customer service. I asked about the rewards system and if my product was sent and I never got an answer but I would recomend this site! I might even be ordering from them again soon.
